Hakama Bench, 240cm

Designed by Hamburg-based design collective Maly Hoffmann Kahleyss, the Hakama series references the traditional Japanese clothing worn by the samurai, with fanned-out legs that resemble a warrior standing in full dress. The grooves of the bench's legs mimic the folds in the samurai's attire. With its striking stance, the bench could either be paired with the Hakama table or placed alone in large spaces. Available in different wood finishes.
