Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking details.

Local Shipping

We offer standard and express shipping at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.
Smaller items will typically be shipped via our trusted courier partner, while larger or bulky items will be delivered by our in-house delivery team.

International Shipping

We’re currently only shipping within Singapore, but we’re working hard behind the scenes to bring our products to more places around the world. International shipping isn’t available just yet — but stay tuned! We hope to deliver globally soon.
