Mette Duedahl is a Danish ceramic designer, who originally trained as a photographer. However, she found a wanting element in her desire to convey through aesthetics. She explored 3-dimensional aesthetic representations through ceramics, which allowed her to realise that she ultimately wants to fuse aesthetics with functionality. She utilises clean and natural elements in her work to clearly convey aesthetics and functionality in an honest and direct manner, without unnecessary frills.
