Minoru Nagahara is an esteemed figure in the Japanese furniture design scene, and serves as Chairman of several corporations including the Asahikawa Furniture Industry Cooperative, the Hokkaido Furniture Industry Cooperative Association and the Federation of Japan Furniture Manufacturers Association. He received his education in Japan, and gained international experience and insight in West Germany as a technical trainee. From there, he returned to his homeland and established Interior Centre Co. Ltd., which we now recognise as Conde House. He currently serves as the company's chairman of the board of directors.
