Orders & Delivery / Self-Collection FAQ
We are located at Funan Mall, #04-01. If you have any trouble finding us, here are some directions for you:
1) Take the lift at Lobby A to the 4th floor of Funan Mall. Our store will right in front as you exit the lift.
2) If you are coming from Lobby B, our store is just across as you exit the lift and next to Tanuki Raw.
Our showroom is open daily from 11:30am to 8:30pm. Our Product Specialists will be here to guide you when you arrive.
Grafunkt is a multi-brand furniture store. We represent brands from all over the world - France, Japan, Spain, Copenhagen and many others. Aside from working with our in-store brands, we have a host of other authorised partnership deals with brands from all over the world as well. We are also able to cater for projects requiring custom and bespoke furniture, with our facilities in China, Malaysia and Indonesia.

The Enquiry Cart feature on our website allows you to add products that you are interested in into your enquiry cart. Once your enquiry cart has been submitted, our Product Specialist will be in touch with you to share more details on the product.

All online regular-priced, sale & marked down items are final.
A change of mind, colour of/and product is currently not acceptable. Unless there is a product or manufacturing defect observed upon self-collection, no exchanges, returns & refunds are allowed.
An email confirmation of your online order will be sent to your email address once payment has been confirmed. Hence when placing your order online, please select the "Self-Collection" option. Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 3-5 working days for our team to have it ready for you to pick-up in-store.
Once your order is ready for self-collection at our Funan store, don't fret! You will be notified via an order update email.
Delivery services are currently unavailable for our online store, only in-store self-collection is available at the moment.
Should you wish to have your order delivered to you, a delivery courier will need to be self & pre-arranged by the receipient of the order and delivery fees are to be bourned by the customer. If you are self-arranging your delivery for your online order, please give us a 2-3 days advance notice by dropping us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your online order contains larger bulky items such as furniture etc. and requires delivery, our logistics team will reach out to you within 2-3 working days from date of order confirmation to check in with you on how we can get your purchase to you.
Do note that if you wish to get the item delivered by us, a delivery fee of $85 (on orders below $2140) will be applied. In the meantime, kindly select self-collection upon checkout to complete the order.
