In the unlikely event that a product or manufacturing defect is discovered upon self-collection, please notify any of our team members or drop us an email at eshop@grafunkt.com and our team will be in touch with you shortly!
An email confirmation of your online order will be sent to your email address once payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 3-5 working days for our team to have it ready for you to pick-up in-store. You will be notified again when your order is ready for self-collection.
Our online store currently only offers self-collection at this point of time. However, if you require delivery, please proceed with your order under the “Self-Collection” option and include a note at checkout indicating your delivery request.
Our fulfilment team will reach out within 2–3 working days to confirm a delivery slot. Do note that a delivery fee of $85 applies to all orders below $2,140, and this fee must be paid prior to the delivery being confirmed.
If you prefer to arrange your own courier, please notify us at least 2–3 working days in advance by emailing us at eshop@grafunkt.com.
If your online order includes larger or bulky items such as furniture and requires delivery, please proceed to checkout under the “Self-Collection” option and include a note requesting delivery.
Our fulfilment team will get in touch with you within 2–3 working days to arrange the delivery details. A delivery fee of $85 applies to all orders below $2,140, and this fee will need to be paid prior to confirming the delivery slot.
